oculus quest is a wireless headset that uses virtual reality to do stuff. with the oculus quest you can use your full body to do stuff while with v.r. you would have to connect to a kinect 360 and/ or driver4vr. another difference is the oculus quest is wireless and you have remotes for your hands, with vr you have wires. one game i wanna play is face your fears.
