RULES FOR AUGMENTED REALITY:
1. The use of AI or Augmented reality to portray a person that has been deceased must be limited for educational purposes only and cannot be used to replicate the thoughts and behaviors of that person without signed permission from the government. For example, a museum may use a hologram, AI, or voice recording of Barack Obama to discuss his life, however, that museum cannot proceed to then attempt to predict any actions of behaviors he may use if he were alive unless there is a signed document from the government.
2. No company under any jurisdiction may attempt to recreate another person either through hologram, voice, or AI, without authorization from the person they wish to recreate. This will be achieved through a special encrypted chip similar to those used on debit and credit cards. The user will also need to provide 5 pieces of identification and a physical signature agreeing to the use of their likeliness. If a signature cannot be provided for whatever reason, a family member may provide the signature for them.
3. No offenses or crimes permitted in the physical world may be committed in the augmented world. Crimes such as slander and hate speech should be punished equally whether committed in the real world or the augmented world.
4. There must be imposed time limits of the use of augmented reality helmets. This time limit should be built into the helmet to keep people from restricting the intake of food and restraining bodily functions.
